Yes. 9-Iron Studios is based in New York and works with private clubs and organizations throughout the United States. Travel requirements are discussed during the planning process.

Absolutely. Clubs can engage us for individual tournaments, member events, portraits, and other special occasions. For clubs seeking consistent coverage throughout the year, we also offer the Club Media Partnership.

Yes. Our relationship with a club often extends beyond its scheduled events. When members are celebrating personal milestones—such as engagements, family gatherings, private celebrations, or other special occasions—we may also be available to provide photography on an individual basis.

Because we already understand the property, expectations, and culture of the club, members have access to a trusted photography team that can document these occasions with the same discretion and familiarity we bring to the club itself.

Earlier is always helpful, particularly for peak golf-season dates. However, availability varies throughout the year, and we encourage clubs to reach out even when planning on a shorter timeline.

Privacy and discretion are fundamental to how we work. Galleries can be privately delivered and password protected, and publicly shared imagery is handled according to the preferences of the club.
